Hi, I’m Karla Dentler, this website started as a graduate project while I was studying at Avila University in the Master of Science Organizational Development program and has since evolved to be a growing work in progress on my thoughts and work on all things HR related. I am a passionate HR professional. I have experience working in large global organizations, and as a part of smaller companies in healthcare, manufacturing, and industrial data. In my current role as a Regional HR Manager, I strive to leave a mark for others to follow, by empowering employees. I strategize with leadership to foster a safe, positive, and engaged culture where people know they belong.
